会员2491：临近五一小长假前几天预订的，价格高是一定的，图片上看看酒店外观有点老旧，评价也有很多不好的，因为选择不多所以最终还是预订了。来之前电话问了前台关于停车早餐等事宜，态度也很友善，有问必答，被告知酒店停车位有限，能不能停的到车位还不能确定，说到时如果没有车位了可以暂时停在收费的地方，一有车位就通知我们挪过来。五一很忐忑的来了杭州，到了酒店停到了最后一个车位。大堂宽敞干净通透，办理入住很顺利，前台服务态度很好，还给免费升级到了豪华标准间（也不知道普标和豪标具体有啥区别）。到了楼上开了房门一看，没有想象中的糟糕，房间干净整洁，要有的一应俱全，床铺软硬度也合适。入住当天下午服务员推着小推车笑容满面彬彬有礼的给每个新入住的房间送了迎宾水果（两根硕大的香蕉若干圣女果），我们也感受到了商家满满的诚意。卫生间水池下水很快，龙头出冷热水也很畅通，淋浴房花洒出水均匀，調冷热水的开关操作方便，唯一有缺憾的就是没有可以拿下来的龙头。单号房间是临街的，白天可以开窗通风，晚上关窗开空调睡觉，会有些许噪音，比如改装过引擎的跑车的轰鸣。走廊里早上出门晚上回来的高峰会有声音，过了时段就很安静，但是有天早上七点多几个服务员就在走廊大声喧哗，因为就住在隔壁，于是生生被吵醒。酒店地理位置不错，靠近庆春路，出门贴隔壁就是水果店，入住那几日每天都去买水果，如果买的是瓜，店里还给切好装好配上竹签，感觉就像在家里一样。酒店出门有公交车站，右转有早餐店，油条豆花馄饨面条样样有，左转有潮州牛肉面馆，再往前走就到了庆春路，非常方便。临退房前台还每人送了一瓶水，虽说2019年的生产日期，两年保质期也已经临保了，至少没有给人人走茶凉形同陌路的悲凉。
